Basic production

Hraninvest HMK AD was established in 1968 and is a leading Bulgarian company in the field of food machinery and mechanical processing of metal products, as well as in the production of tooling equipment.

The company introduced a quality management system ISO 9001 in 1997 and holds a certificate from TUV-Munich for the production of stainless steel pressure vessels.

The company provides a full engineering service - research, design, production, delivery, installation, commissioning and service of technological lines for:
• production and bottling of soft drinks, beer, wine, high-alcohol drinks, juices, nectars, oil and other food liquids
• canning industry
• dairy industry
• production of bakery products
• primary processing of tobacco
• refining of crude sunflower oil.

In addition to the above lines, the company has the ability to realize single products and services as well follows:
• Mechanical processing of precise and conventional parts;
• Mechanical processing of large-sized parts;
• Large-sized welded steel structures;
• Stainless tanks, which can be equipped with agitator, insulation, steam jacket, safety and observation fittings, depending on the specific requirements of the customer;
• Laser cutting with working area dimensions of 2000 mm/4000 mm and maximum material thickness: black steels up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 12 mm and aluminum up to 8 mm;
• Tool production;
• Heat treatment of parts - carburizing and hardening, high-temperature nitriding and carbonitriding, volume hardening of tool, carbon and alloy steels, thermal improvement, aging of hardened steels for parts up to 220 kg. and dimensions not exceeding 600/900/450 mm. Annealing and normalizing of metal blanks before mechanical processing and welded steel structures with dimensions up to 4m/4m and height up to 1m.
• The full range of machines included in complete bottling lines – filling and capping units, craterers and decraters, palletizers and depalletizers, bottle and case washers, carbonation units, labelers, tunnel pasteurizers, bottle conveyors, case conveyors, pallet conveyors, etc. The machines are designed in a standard order and allow the construction of technological lines with a capacity of 330b/h to 60,000b/h in glass or plastic bottles with a volume of 0.25 to 2 liters, allowing the production and bottling of still and carbonated soft drinks, beer, mineral water, oil, clear and cloudy juices, alcoholic beverages.
• Wine production equipment – ​​full engineering of enterprises for processing, fermentation, storage and bottling of wine and high-alcohol beverages. Machines and equipment for the wine industry, including: for receiving and primary processing of grapes, tanks, rotovinifiers, fermenters, bottling lines, filters, pumps, etc.
• Machines and equipment for processing fruits and vegetables – lines for the production of clear and cloudy juices, tomato concentrate, ketchup, stone fruit compote; preparation and drying of onions, fruits and vegetables; production of canned tomatoes, cucumbers; production of jam and marmalade; preparation for freezing of fruits and vegetables.
• Pumps – centrifugal, screw, vacuum, self-priming, piston, dosing, etc.;
• Transport systems for bottles, crates, pallets, etc., including stainless transport chains;
• Machines, parts and assemblies according to customer documentation;
• Spare parts for machines of our own production and according to the client`s documentation.

Tool production (design and manufacture of dies, injection molds, press molds and stampings), provided with the means of the high-tech CAD - CAM system IDEAS.
The company has a wide range of metalworking machines.
